Many people experience distress or unhappiness at some point in their lives, or feel stuck in repetitive and unhelpful patterns in their relationships. Recognising this and working with a counsellor can be a constructive way forward.
I appreciate that taking the first step to seek counselling can be daunting. Research shows that the single most significant factor in predicting the outcome of counselling is the relationship between counsellor and client. To be able to confide and trust in the counsellor, it is vital for the client to have a sense of safety and to feel comfortable.
I am bound by a code of ethics and practice that maintains confidentiality and works within ethical standards.

Fees
My current fee is £35 per 50 minute session for individuals.
Fees for couples is £45 per 50 minute session or £65 for 90 minutes.
For both individuals and couples an initial assessment lasting 90 minutes helps us explore your reasons for coming to counselling and how useful counselling may or may not be to you at this time. The fees for assessments are £40 for individuals and £65 for couples.
Location
My practice is centrally located in Worcester Park (a map is available here). Worcester Park train station is a five minute walk away, buses and taxis are plentiful and the area is well supplied with parking spaces.
