About Me

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor working face to face work with adult individuals and couples in Worcester Park and Central London. I work long and short term with clients on a wide range of mental health issues.

I have counselled at Kingston University, Surrey County Council and several agencies in central London. In private practice clients self-refer and are referred through the public sector, private health schemes, charities and care advisory services.

I have a wide range of experience with men and women of all ages (17 upwards) and ethnic backgrounds counselling clients from the UK, mainland Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, South America, the far and middle East and their cultural diversities.

My work is bound by a code of ethics as required by the BACP (The British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists). I am in clinical supervision and attend regular professional development workshops to enhance abilities to work with specific issues.

Additional Training:

COSRT approved Diploma in Psychosexual & Relationship counselling for couples and individuals.

Cancer Counselling Certificate – Cancer Counselling Trust. Specialised training in Cancer and its effects on the whole family system as well as the individuals.

Couples Counselling Certificate – Metanoia. Specialised training for heterosexual couples and same gender couples.

Attachment Certificate - Wimbledon Guild. 

Member of the following organisations: BACP, UKRCP, General member of COSRT.

I offer a series of confidential face-to-face sessions to individuals and couples experiencing psychological difficulties. You do not need a doctor’s referral and I try to keep waiting times to a minimum.
